I tried also on a 2014 Toshiba Notebook with Windows 10 and Intel Graphics videocard, and 1.0 did not start either. However after updating the old 2013 driver with the 2016 version all three games worked perfectly. Infinity 1.0 and 2.0 won't start, 3.0 started but the menu did not show so it was unplayable too.
